How to prepare Moi Moi with our Beans flour

1. Get your onions, peppers, and crayfish 

2. Put them into your blender

3. Measure 2 cups of beans flour and add into the blender that has the pepper, oinion etc

4. Add about 1 cup of water (1.5 cup cold and 1.5 cup hot) ie 1 cup of lukewarm water

5. Blend to smoothness

6. Pour the blended mixture into a bowl and add boiled and deboned fish, ground nut oil, stir well.

7. Scoop the content into cups and add boiled and shelled egg 1 each into the cups

8. Put water into a pot to a quarter level and bring it to boil

9. Drop the cups of beans mixture one after the other into the boiling water in the pot and cover it to cook for about 20-30 minutes and bring it down

10. Serve your Moi Moi with either custard or pap
